MiniSourcer

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and MiniSourcer for using the service. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. We keep them short and readable on purpose.

1. The service and who you are dealing with

MiniSourcer is a sourcing and recruiting tool. It helps you describe a role, find publicly available professional profiles, score them with AI, and organise candidates in a small CRM. You send messages yourself — MiniSourcer does not contact candidates on your behalf. The service is provided by Vladyslav Bagniuk, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, acting as “Bagniuk Vladyslav Mykolaevich”. In these terms “we” means that sole proprietorship.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you give us, for keeping your password (and any two-factor codes) safe, and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate details and tell us promptly if you believe your account was used without your permission. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Inactivity: if you do not sign in for 12 months, we delete your account and its data automatically. We show an in-app notice about a month beforehand, and signing in again at any time resets the 12-month clock. Accounts with active autopay (a saved card on a paid plan) are not deleted for inactivity. Platform administrator accounts are also excluded.

3. Acceptable use

Use MiniSourcer lawfully and only for your own recruiting. Do not: scrape or resell the service; try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it; bypass usage limits or credit rules; upload unlawful content; or use it to send spam or to discriminate against candidates in ways the law forbids. When you contact candidates, you are the controller of that outreach and must respect the rules that apply to you.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Free accounts get a monthly credit allowance. Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through our payment provider; prices and included credits are shown at checkout. Credits are consumed by the actions shown in the app (for example a successful candidate score). Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value product, and are not refundable except where the law requires. A subscription renews each period until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

5. Candidate data and your responsibilities

Search results come from third-party providers of publicly available professional profiles. You decide which candidates to save, contact or delete, and you must have a lawful basis to process their data for your recruiting. You can erase a candidate from the app. Do not use the service to build a database you are not allowed to keep, and honour any request from a candidate about their data.

6. Intellectual property

We own MiniSourcer, including its software, design and brand. You own the content you put in — your projects, notes and templates. You grant us the limited licence we need to run the service for you (for example to store and display your data, and to send it to a model provider to score a profile).

7. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as cloud hosting, an AI model provider, profile data providers, an email provider and a payment processor. Their availability affects ours. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Availability and changes

We provide MiniSourcer with reasonable skill and care and work to keep it available, though we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect it. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and we list the changes below, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using MiniSourcer and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service. On closure we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Refunds and the right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with a statutory cancellation right, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the payment and ask for a refund of that payment, unless the law says otherwise for digital services you asked us to start immediately. To do this, email hello@minisourcer.com from your account email and tell us which payment it is about; we reply within a few working days and refund to the same payment method. Where the price is shown in US dollars but your card is charged in another currency, your bank's rate and any conversion fee apply; ask your bank for the exact amount. If something is clearly broken or double-charged, write to us and we will put it right. Nothing in this section removes a refund right the law gives you.

12. Accessibility

We want MiniSourcer to be usable by everyone. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as the product grows. If you meet a barrier, or need a document or a page in another form, email hello@minisourcer.com and we will help and fix what we can.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you another forum. The agreement is concluded in Ukrainian and in English; if a translation conflicts with the Ukrainian text, either text may be relied on. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Before any formal step, please write to hello@minisourcer.com — we would rather sort it out directly.
